Sitting there last night watching Goodes destroy us thinking how much things have changed since that day at Vic Park. The members around me were just amazed that he was still smashing us after all these years and the general consensus was pretty much he's a gun. I was at Vic Park on the Winnar day 20 years ago and to this day still remember the absolute disgrace of that day. It was so far worse than anything I had ever experienced at the footy in terms of racism. All I can say after last night is the message is getting through to the majority, unfortunately it's never going to reach everyone. That's just a sad fact. Very sad...
