How is there not a thread about this band? Crazy.
I'm listening to One Less Heartless To Fear right now.
We'll take elevators into the ground. We could live here for a year... comfortably.
Goddamn I love this band.
Jason Noble battling cancer isn't so great.

great band!
but seriously could not get through the book.
something about her sentence structure. too choppy. and just rainy.
maybe some other day.
of course we all love june of 44, right?
Very good band.
Rodan are pretty damn good too.
I think the June of 44 thread stemmed into this. But yeah, such a stunning band.
Oh, and the book, I quite enjoyed it. She has that staccato method of delivery which I enjoy.
I also think she is hot.
Not lying.
I hated his kids in the book. Dumb shits.
I got half way through, went to Japan, forgot about the book at home and the library tried to charge me $50(!) for a replacement. Needless to say I returned the book and haven't borrowed anything since.
But yeah, Soon, And In Pleasant Company is amazing.
Fuck it, everything is amazing.
Great band.
Second round art/music fundraiser for Jason here:
http://www.giveforward.com/jbnintensebehavior
I have the first round prints and they are beautiful, especially the Dan McCarthy ones which are inspired by Rodan's song Everyday World Of Bodies
how's old earnest doing of late?
Its Shipping news friday at my desk.
Quality music for competing with VN Commodores in Braybrook I've found as of late.
Farewell Jason... you were a fucking legend.. sadness :[
''Around 10:15AM this morning Jason went into cardiac arrest for a second time. After 45 minutes of CPR and other heroic measures the NIH staff were unable to get his heart to pump again. Jason passed away just before 11AM surrounded by friends and family. He will be cremated here in Maryland early next week prior to making his final journey back to Kentucky''
that's really sad and shocking to hear..
Oh shit: that's fucking terrible news. Queue some Rachel's on the stereo and a stiff drink. RIP Jason.
Tragic. Rusty was a really important record growing up.
Lovely day driving in the countryside rain listening to Shipping News.
Sad news. Big fan of Shipping News and Rodan. R.I.P.
