All the prominent names look very familiar, and I'm wondering if the sheer weight of the site's shared history and peculiar biases (''Doubt Seeds...'') means that M+N has become impenetrable to an outsider.
Will it always just be ___v, Anonymous, Loadie, TBB, Toad, max bulk, HEB, ProDelgado, astralwerkor, September, Ben, Goal Attack, Tugboat, Tramdriver, etc... Or is there a next generation about to break through?
I assume it was closed a couple of years ago, but now the attrition of old names without a influx is noticeable.

I'd argue that M+N isn's a closed environment, in fact I wrote about it how I don't think it is, but more importantly it's done just the opposite for a lot of people. I've met people, been introduced to other bands, films, housemates and had countless hilarity and goodtimes. I'd argue I'm more knowledgable for the 5 years I've been here. In fact, it's weird when I find something I really like or find important and CAN'T discuss it with someone here.
