hey m+n'ers, a room is available in our house. The place is an old brick house sitting on prime location - we're on the back end of Bridge Rd in Richmond. Coles and iKea are only a 6mins walk away and theres a 24hr McDonalds and Dan Murphys (not 24hrs) across the road. The house is furnished but not for the room available. We have a big backyard (Richmond standard) with a healthy lemon tree.
Public transport: we back onto the 48 and 75 trams, and train stations and the 109 tram are just a short walk away.
You'll be living with two incredible dudes. The room is an unfurnished small-medium size (big enough for a double bed, desk and wardrobe).
Rent is cheap. $535 pcm (i think that equals 125 a week), bond is $484. Internet and bills are split 3 ways. If you are interested let us know and we'll have a chat and move from there. The right person would have to move in by the 15th Jan

6 mins?! I won't stand for it... 5 mins of walking would be perfectly reasonable but 6 mins? No way.
I think my girlfriend Giselle replied to this same ad on gumtree yesterday. Sounds like exactly what she is looking for. We are heading down from Sydney next weekend to look for a place so hopefully she could check it out.
