Not sure how much this'll be of interest to peeps on here, but I figured I'd put the word out just in case any chats are looking for a pad...
We have a room available in a large 5 bedroom house. It's a pretty rad place, lots of room, to the extent that you can't hear people in one end of the house from the other - which is probably a good thing as we're a young family with 3 young uns. Also the home of a fair bit of musical activity and we'll host a few backyard gigs here as well, via The Gate (which we run).
Location is North Ryde, short walking distance to Northern Line trains (Macquarie Park) and right next to major bus lines including multiple metros. If you're a student at Macquarie Uni, or work in North Ryde, this is pretty great. I drive in to see gigs a lot and it's an easy 10 minute drive to Oxford St at night.
Deal we're looking at is all food included (including breakfast and dinner), along with internet, electricity and linen. $250 per week.
