You know there are different recommendations for Doctors who work in the country as opposed to those who work in cities. If you work in the country as a Doctor they say that after 6-months of not seeing a patient you are permitted to engage in a relationship with them. It's something like 2 years in the city.

He wouldn't mind. He's successfully changed careers and it's all just hearsay anyway. He was a 'hands on' sex therapist so it's arguably an element of the job. Surprised that nobody has guessed it.
