Need to move by mid January 2007.
To accomodate one person, coming and going. Clients also coming and going but only during business hours and by appointment. Interior designers, architects etc, so still needs to be somewhat attractive on the eye, so plain and in good nick. About 20 sq metres would be the perfect size.
Inner city melbourne preferred. Car space a bonus. $190 a week is my limit.

Dude, I was just there checking out one of the front rooms. Nice space indeed with a good vibe! Hey, are you situated above the band room by any chance? If so, is it crazy loud when bands are performing?
Anything else I should know about the space? Does the internet run smoothly, what type of business / people rent the offices etc?
i'm in the room on the corner of gertrude & brunswick - room 8, so i'm away from the band room.
you can hear them a little but it doesn't start til 5 at earliest, so not an issue at all really.
internet is fine (though i have my own), i run a print, design & distribution company.
next to me is a music publicist and theres a fair whack of designers, some fashion folks, a writer that i know of.
if you move in, keep an eye out for the ghost...
