Three Melbourne songwriters -- Ross McLennan, Lisa Miller and Ned Collette -- will perform Kumbaya-style “in the round” at Brunswick’s Retreat Hotel on August 24.
The critically acclaimed trio will trade songs and stories and perform onstage together in a “two-hour smorgasbord of some of Australia's best contemporary songcraft”.
This will be McLennan's only Melbourne show before his “Ross McLennan Sympathy Orchestra” performance at the Melbourne Festival on October 21. Miller is also scheduled to perform at the festival at the Spiegeltent on October 23. Meanwhile, Collette and his band are about to head off for a month-long tour around Europe and the UK.
Tickets: $15 on the door.
