Exclusive Stream: Tamaryn’s ‘Tender New Signs’

Related: Tamaryn.
They don’t come much cooler than Tamaryn. The US-based Kiwi has released music on labels like Troubleman and Matador, guested with Ford & Lopatin and teamed up with Dum Dum Girls’ Dee Dee to cover The Jesus and Mary Chain’s ‘Teenage Lust’ as Les Demoniaques. Then there’s that voice, all steamy, heavy-lidded allure.
Signed to Mexican Summer (Best Coast, Light Asylum), Tamaryn is following up her 2010 debut album The Waves with Tender New Signs next week. Drowsily layered through and through, it stakes a claim for rich shoegaze as much as it does syrupy pop. Like the earlier album, it's another layered product of her work with longtime collaborator Rex John Shelverton.
From the presser: “This new opus takes a bold step forward in structure and form. With its skygazing pop songs and impressionistic sketches of once well-guarded emotions, Tamaryn and Rex have created a defining work … Nine songs showcase stadium-sized guitars surging with softly-lit, languid melodies anchored by Tamaryn’s intimate vocal delivery.”
Tender New Signs is out next Friday (Oct. 19) through Mexican Summer/Cooperative. It’s streaming exclusively on Mess + Noise in Australia.

which digital stores will this be available through Cooperative?
iTunes mainly I would think. And all the other ones I pay little attention to.
And physically in the likes of Polyester, Red Eye etc.
please pay more attention. Australian record companies in general need to pay a lot more attention to iTunes alternatives.
Mental note: bump this thread later on, for reminder purposes.
anyway despite my hobbyhorsing i am quite looking forward to getting this record
I had no idea she was a Kiwi!
