the administration has been shit for years. the fish rots at the head. being a geelong supporter, all i can say is out club was an absolute basket case until Cook and Costa came in and created a stable administration, and put resources into the football department and put good people in important positions. the rest flows on. its like any organisation, whether it be business or sporting. if its mismanaged at the top, it flows down. i have no doubt that Melbourne have players that could be stars if they were at a well run club. but for whatever reason they are dissatisfied and it affects their development and their ability to perform. I'm not saying Neeld is the answer, but they cant just keep sacking coaches, its obviously something more than that which is the problem.
