no, it didn't get shut down by anyone. i killed it myself - been ignoring it too long because as of late there just hasn't been enough spare time to add updates, etc. didn't want to just ''leave it there'' if i wasn't going to be able to monitor it, so, yeah, its gone.

if anyone wants to start up a NEW library, of course they have my blessing.

and for all those amazing people who contributed stuff, a massive THANKS is due. also, apologies to those who sent stuff that never made it up to the blog. due to certain things that happen in life, i just can't maintain it any longer.

whatwhat - Friends In Danger (and all the Warner releases) is on itunes, but Young & Full Of The Devil is not. No physical CDS from AuGoGo are in print, i believe...

i use a $200 NuMark portable turntable with USB port. its far from audiophile quality, but i'm far from being an audiophile! does the job well enough for me.

when ripping cassettes, i also plug my stereo thru the Numark to the computer, and THAT sounds better than the turntable itself!
