Hi! Last minute news - Alex Maas will be playing a solo set tomorrow night (Monday 11th November) at the Liberty Social with support from the morning after girls and some special guests. From 10:30pm, only $10.

This was way better than I was expecting - really enjoyable. I like how they're setting up the Garry character - I'm assuming to go down that destructive path as is briefly described in the book.

Looking forward to seeing what they do with the venue - it sounds intriguing.

Is it going to be outside? I got the impression it would be held indoors, like at ATP events O/S.

+1 to both days. More than content with the line-up so far but bring on the second announcement - can't wait to see who gets added to the Sunday line-up.

Ricky Maymi is a founding member of one of the world’s most notorious bands, San Francisco’s psychedelic warlocks the Brian Jonestown Massacre. Shayne Carter was the frontman for arguably New Zealand’s greatest ever band, Straitjacket Fits, as well as performing in Dimmer and The Adults with Jon Toogood of Shihad. JP Shilo is revered for his work with the seminal instrumental outfit Hungry Ghosts, as well as his work recording and playing with the late Rowland S Howard. Sacha Lucas is frontman for the Morning After Girls, one of Australia’s most successful musical exports; who have toured with the likes of the Brian Jonestown Massacre, The Black Keys, the Dandy Warhols and Black Rebel Motorcycle Club. Together the four have formed BLISSHAMMER, a four guitar sonic assault for a one off, never to be repeated gig in one of Melbourne’s most intimate venues, The Resurrection.
