Is it just me or was that Talia twist really dumb? She seemed to have no legitimate motivation. She mentions how angry she was with her father two seconds before she explains to Batman that she has to kill him to avenge the dad's murder. And that's not even addressing why it is the League of Shadows feel compelled to fuck up Gotham like they do. Am I supposed to be more well versed in the whole mythology of the whole LoS organisation to understand why it is they're intending to level an entire city? Also, why is it that Bane simply trapped those cops instead of ensuring they were killed? I don't feel like these are pedantic issues to be raising...they kind of undermined the whole film.
