I think Ratz got it from some torrent site or other. I know it wasn't as easy as say, getting hold of the new Game of Thrones episode. There was some annoying business involving playing it through a special lead and a bit of farting around trying to get subtitles to work. I almost think it's good enough to actually buy, or hire out, as the picutre quality wasn't amazing.

My reminder just went off. 15 minutes until I have to check the mail. Exciting walk to the mail tubs.

The soap dispenser in the toilets has been empty for a few days now. I’m considering sticking a post it note on it saying “please refill me”. I think the cleaners would appreciate it.

Tiffany and Tania are talking about how cold their cats were last night.

The photocopier repair guy is in again, for the fourth time this month. We might need a new photocopier, or he can order some vital part of it from WA, but that will take 10 business days.

I will use the microwave at 11.30 today, to avoid the insane microwave queue at 12.00. Smart.

Yeah, the Corner was pretty quiet, considering. I had absolutely no problem during the intermission, leaving the very front row, going to the toilet and getting a drink, which is unheard of at the Corner.

I almost created a new thread, but thought, may as well say this here. Les Revenants, the show the Moggers soundtrack is from, is fucking amazing. Just started watching it last night. So beautifully shot and creepy and beautiful.

Maybe that's why I loved it, as I was right at the front.

I also find it a bit hard to stay attached to bands that change their line up often.

Yes! I totally agree with this, although I'd never really thought about it before.

I reckon Tao of the Dead is amazing, up there as a worthy follow up to Source Tags and Codes. Lost Songs is pretty good overall. Some amazing songs, some not so good. And The Century of Self, I always mentally dismiss, although it does have some good stuff on it. The production is horrible though. Looking back through this thread, I loved The Century of Self at the time, but in hindsight, I think it's a bit disappointing.

Looking at my Trail of Dead playlist, pretty much sums it up. First three albums pretty much represented with every song and everything after that, gets more and more patchy, until the Tao of the Dead.

No, sadly there was nothing heard that couldn't be played by two guitars, bass, drums and vocals. The only disappointing thing about last night.
