yeah, tunecore does 'seem', to be a better option (cheaper, more avenues to sell through).

ash: Make sure the agreements are non-exclusive and the term is short! You want to make sure your digital distro / or aggregator partner has NO hand in any exclusive sync rights, make that very clear!

anyone know know if the above fits in with tunecore's T&C's?....legalese has never been a strongpoint.
