for some context, i just bought a 2cd compilation for $2 in an op shop because i dimly remember the NME going on about them a bit back when the NME was good or at least less bad.

anybody want to make a case for this band being anything other than the most boring band OF ALL TIME?

fuck i have got some good cds from op shops recently in the last week soft boys underwater moonlight von sudenfed tromatic reflexxions unfinished music 2 life with the lions lalo schifrin black widow brian eno small craft on a bla bla cocteau twins heaven or las vegas a bunch of david sylvian stereolab refried ectoplasm 2 betty davis this is it small faces & amen corner immediate comps some other stuff i can't remember all for $2 a pop anyway it reminds me of the period in the 90s when everyone had ditched their record collections and you could buy great vinyl for a couple of bucks everywhere when is the inevitable CD nostalgia revival gonna kick off? i'm gonna cash in spectaularly
