Vale Ray Manzarek. Suprised this thread wasn't bumped yesterday.

Jim is always associated as the singer of The Doors, but there were actually two post-Morrison death albums with Ray Manzarek doing most of the singing. They were kinda like a 5 piece Doors inspired jam band playing mostly new material. Some of it is pretty good and they even toured this version of The Doors, but it didn't last long.

I'll usually start out with a shoulders and back or chest and legs combo with some drop sets to get the heart rate right up and then do another combo before doing interval sprints for 20-25 minutes. Once I've done that I'll do another combo, usually a smaller muscle group. It is all about keeping the heart rate up for as long as possible for maximum fat burn as well as building lean muscle and fittness.

Then I'll hit the piss and undo all the good I've done.


Nick Allbrook Leaves Tame Impala

Only Kevin Parker can leave Tame Impala since he is the only guy who plays on the albums. The other guys are just his live touring/back-up band, if they had the Imp from Wolfmother I doubt anyone would blink.

I don't blame Nick Allbrook for wanting to concentrate on his arguably better side project Pond where he actually gets to play on the albums and collaberate with other musicians.

LTA - Been doing some drop sets, they're pretty effective. tugboat - My goal is lean muscle mass and fittness, just want to be fit and not be a flabby unhealthy bald c@nt like half the other cunce my age.

You gotta love the roids.

I have been mixing my workouts up a bit lately by doing circuits with zero rest between sets (i.e. Dumbell Press, then straight to legs, then back to DB, etc) with a 4km interval run/sprint in the middle until I am fatigued. It is maximum impact workout and they take anywhere from 45-75mins, I just try and fuck myself up and sweat like a mofo.

Has anyone got any dumbell or barbell workouts that are a bit out of the ordinary as I like to mix it up and have run outta ideas.
