do you really think you guys were the superior cici's pizza eating champs, knowing full well that quinton could have kept eating if the place didnt close and they didnt throw all the pizza away

wolverine has an adamantium skeleton, and even if he is incinerated to dust (as he was when nitro blew him up and when magneto has repeatedly fucked him up over the years) he will regenerate to full health, as long as he has one cell left. so basically superman could do all that, but wolverine would not truly die. superman can only die when exposed to kryptonite.

arguments for superman - superman can simply freeze wolverine with his breath and then send him endlessly careening through space, not exactly killing him, but rendering him unable to fight. therefore a cheap win.

arguments for wolverine - wolverine would endlessly try to claw and lacerate superman to no effect, and upon discovering the futility, knowing his aptitude for combat and the sheer frenzy that would no doubt engulf him, would research his opponent and discovering his weakness would acquire kryptonite (most likely from batman, by force if necessary) and therefore use it to defeat superman once and for all.

one could also argue wolverine is an instinctual fighter, and would be too focused on defeating superman as soon as possible, that he wouldnt stop to think about kryptonite, and would therefore be frozen and whisked away to space.

that is the problem i have found. i want wolverine to win, but superman is just too imbalanced. what are your thoughts minnick.
