Bought some cases of beer via woolworths online They called and left a message and emailed to say for security reasons I need to get back to them and prove I'm a real person or the order would be cancelled. I called back (20 mins on hold listening to current Woolies theme tune) and was told they could transfer me to that department to do that but she had also noticed they don't have stock available for my order and would I like to cancel. I cancel and am told it will be 2 - 5 business days for refund. Email after 5 days and am told it had been over looked somehow but would be all good now. Called back after another 5 days (20 mins on hold listening to Woolies theme tune) to be told there was an error in the transaction and would be good now. Got the money back 3 days after that.

Was awesome. Feels good to type it out.
