I was just in a ye olde craft store and asked for wool. The guy told me they no longer sell wool because their wool suppliers now only sell to Spotlight. So if he wants to sell wool he needs to buy it from Spotlight. His suppliers cannot sell to him.

That sounds suss. Maybe it's that he can't order in the minimum volume that Patons etc now sell in?
