I'm kind of surprised how clean the production is on this, hope the album's got some murkier stuff going on. They're way darker and dubbier live.

Actually I guess it's not the cleanliness of the production I'm not into, it's the upfront bright sound of it. I don't want it to be lofi, I want it to be deeper.

Deep and clean is good; this sounds a bit like maybe they didn't want to overdo the delay. I love to overdo the delay.
