i've only used bepanthen. just don't slather it on too thickly or it can leach the ink out of your skin.

I've used the nappyrash one a few times... works a treat, but it's pretty thick and gooey.

the antiseptic aspect of it seems to be the only difference. it's probably better to have the antiseptic one

they make another 'first aid' one that uses a better antiseptic in it than the regular 'bepanthen antiseptic'. the ointment is just a protectant (like most nappy rash creams) so you'll have a nice smooth tattoo-ed area (i presume it was your arse you got done?).
