Well they sold out shows at $750 at the end of last year so I guess they figured $600 was a good enough price drop!!

Sorry I was talking about their self-titled album, not their first album (I think they had one or two out before it)

Mick Taylor played on two songs last night - Love In Vain and Midnight Rambler.

US tour starts this week and not a single show (arenas too 20,000 people or under) is sold out, reportedly plenty of tickets available. It seems they overestimated the amount of people willing to pay $600+ for a seat half way back in the arena. All the cheaper seats sold out straight away.

Compare it to their London shows in Hyde Park where most tickets were £95 and they sold 65,000 of them in under 5 mins for two shows.

It will be interesting to see what they do with all these expensive seats which aren't selling come show time.

Promoters AEG must be very worried.

The demos for the first album were amazing. Then the album came out and wasn't as good. Still good, just not as good.

Can't remember if Party In Hell was on a record or not Kez, sorry.

The bass player also managed the Spazzys for a while.
