love this song...
As much as I tend to throw poo at Dan Kelly's interviews which make him seem like a bit of a knob, this is probably the best Lunchbox video there's been so far. The song is great, it sounds amazing (nice work Tulczyn?) and it's so nice to look at. Excellent work, you guys.
thanks untold/animals.
James Tulczyn was indeed responsible for sound. Matt Richards and Natalie van den Dungen for vision. Without these guys the Lunchbox series would not be possible.
I agree untold/animals. It captured the essence of the gig perfectly. I've only been to the one Lunchbox, but if the others are anything like this one then they are great. Dan Kelly was excellent.
That's grouse. Tulczyn is a mobile recording maestro who does it week in and week out - no wonder he got you some great results. And ditto for Matt and Nat, top shelf talent!
Boom! This is rad!
this is great; lovely to see some magic moving pictures as my memories of this are a series of stills. top work all round!
I love dan kelly, but oh boredom.......
I hope the rest of his set wasn't as self indulgent as this.
Dan Kelly's Dream Debased
cheers untold/animals - dan also played a big part in sculpting mix.
week in week out, for sure, in fact, lunchbox #6 this week! with the boatpeople
thanks for the kind words guys! my only regret is not being able to get 'em up quicker...p.s. bands note.. a bit of art department goes a long way :)
Yes! Loved seeing these guys make a real set-up happen. Put our shoddy A4 M+N posters to shame :-/
